- Me Aho is a most reassuring man. He explained fully the procedure and the post op effects. He took trouble to explain everything fully and answer all questions. I experienced no pain at all after the operation and went home the next morning . I have been totally pain free and my passing of water has improved tremendously. I am now up once a night rather than 3 times. When I did have questions post op they were dealt with immediately. I would recommend Mr Aho to anyone with an enlarged prostate
