At Midlands Colorectal, their services include gallstone surgery, hernia surgery, keyhole surgery, colorectal cancer surgery. Midlands Colorectal also offer treatment for inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic floor disorders (constipation, faecal incontinence, prolapse), anorectal problems (piles, fistulae, fissures, bleeding, irritation).

Additionally, the centres offer a number of treatments that may not be offered on the NHS. These are certain haemorrhoid treatments, certain fistula treatments, anal skin tag removal and hernia surgery that may be considered low priority in the NHS.
