- I didn't feel the consultant wanted to listen to me. I wasn't explained the treatment, told someone else would call me to do that. When I got my notes from the consultation, it had several mistakes (said a completely different eye had issues!!) and missing parts of the treatment

- Miss Branka Marjanovic is excellent. I was suffering from a bad case of blepharitis and associated eyelash loss and my symptoms improved significantly after just one appointment. Very friendly and reassuring.
