- I was very anxious about my Hernia repair but Mr Farinella was so reassuring and supportive and explained everything so clearly that it ended up being not an issue at all. The actual surgery was faultless (had to ask him at my follow up appointment where the actual scar was as I couldn’t see it!!) staff at Pinehill (nurses and Anaesthtist) were superb, can’t thank you all enough.
- Surgery is never pleasant however Mr Farinella is extremely so. From initial consultation, through surgery to final discharge i felt well informed, valued and with my care and outcome being of ultimate concern.I would have no hesitation in using Mr Farinella again I just hope it is not too soon.

- Dr Farinella treated me for gallstones. My condition suddenly deteriorated when a gallstone became lodged in my bile duct, causing pancreatitis. On the worst day of my life, he had a clear treatment plan and acted quickly to ensure everything was managed safely and effectively. He performed my surgery himself. Not only is Dr Farinella exceptionally skilled, he is also genuinely kind and compassionate. He goes above and beyond for his patients. An outstanding doctor in every sense.
- I was apprehensive before the initial consult with Mr B! He walked me through my options and i decided to go with a cervical nerve root block , it has made such a differnce to all aspects of my day to day life , i cant thnak him enough
