  • I first met Mrs Carmichael when she delivered the breast cancer diagnosis to me, following a routine NHS mammogram. I pursued treatment privately and retained her as my breast surgeon. From start to finish, she has been compassionate, kind, caring and I never felt rushed out the door. She removed the cancer with a chest wall perforator flap. The lady is a magician. I have a scar under my bust, out of sight, but my shape and size has not changed. I am extremely grateful to have received her care

She managed the whole appointment in such a caring way yet equally I felt in the very best of hands and able to discuss all aspects of my concerns with ease and I felt I was heard at all times . Professor Carmichael should be on every persons call list!
