Dr Antonio D'Apuzzo

Dr Antonio D’Apuzzo is an experienced orthodontist practising at Mint Dental Centre, focusing on correcting misaligned teeth with Invisalign, invisible braces, and lingual braces for both adult and adolescent patients.

Dr D’Apuzzo qualified in dentistry from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2003, and undertook advanced training in aesthetics and orthodontics. By 2005, he had been awarded the interceptive orthodontics and dentofacial orthopaedic postgraduate degree from the Colegio de Odontólogos de Venezuela. Eager to expand his horizons, Dr D’Apuzzo moved to Spain and became an accredited orthodontist in Europe, and in 2011, obtained a master’s degree in advanced orthodontics at the Universidad Europea de Madrid. He has an additional diploma in low-friction/self-ligation brace systems, which was awarded to him in 2012.

Before moving to the UK, Dr D’Apuzzo was a professor in Orthodontics at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Since 2012, his practice has been based in London. After obtaining an incognito lingual orthodontic and the Invisalign certifications, he partook in the expert programme in lingual orthodontic harmony in the United States. In 2017, he earned the WIN Lingual Certification whilst in Italy. He then completed further studies at the Charles H. Tweed Foundation for Orthodontic Research in Arizona. He is a member of the European, British, and Italian Orthodontic Societies. Dr D’Apuzzo’s career spans over a decade and four countries.
