Dr Epameinondas Bonaros

Dr Epameinondas Bonaros is a consultant hair transplant surgeon in Glasgow, who specialises in FUE hair transplant, beard transplant and body hair transplant (BHT), alongside hair loss, transgender hair transplant, female hair transplant, medical hair loss treatments, and PRP injectable growth factors. He privately practises at Dr Bonaros Clinic, where he is medical director.

Dr Bonaros obtained his medical degree (MD) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens between 1999 and 2005 and is an affiliate member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd). Following medical school, he completed his internship and initially specialised in general and internal medicine before pursuing advanced training in hair restoration surgery with leading specialists across Greece and Europe.

He is also a full member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and the British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery (BAHRS), where he serves as treasurer.
