- Having seen multiple Doctors to resolve sun skin damage to my hands and face without success Doctor Ong treated my face ,hands and scalp succesfully removing and curing the problem areas . He also removed a BCC on my right shoulder by surgery without causing myself any pain or discomfort . I cannot praise his treatment enough I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering with skin problems .
- Dr Ong was excellent. Professional, thorough and explained things clearly. I felt reassured after the appointment and have a firm diagnosis and treatment plan for my "perioral dermatitis" - something I've been struggling to get a diagnosis for with my GP!
- Worst dermatologist I’ve visited. I can’t believe he charges close to £300 per appointment when all he did was spend 15 minutes max barely looking at my skin. I chose him because he had good reviews, but after my appointment yesterday, I was very disappointed. He barely examined my skin and simply prescribed steroid creams. Honestly, you’re better off seeing a GP than him. I waited much longer than the appointment itself. Save yourself the time and money - please don’t go to this doctor
- Absolutely brilliant service, explained everything, feedback results in speedy fashion, minimal scaring with stitches so neat you'd think Mary Poppins had done them, cannot recommend enough. Thank you Dr Ong.
- After not having much luck with my local GP and being on waiting list for NHS specialists with no date in site, I decided to book with Dr Eugene Ong, he was really friendly and really knowledgeable on the issue. I wish I had book to see him sooner.
- I saw Dr Eugene Ong for my lichen sclerosis and had an excellent experience. He is kind, approachable, and truly listens. His advice was carefully tailored to my needs and preferences. I was quite nervous, but he reassured me and helped me think through things calmly and rationally. He was very patient, never rushed me, and answered all my questions in detail. I felt completely comfortable, respected, and never judged throughout.
- Excellent consultation, very personable and professional, good listener and looking to help with pragmatic solutions.
- From start to finish the whole experience was excellent and reassuring. All very efficient, professional and timely. I would definitely ask for Dr.ong if any future appointments are necessary.
