Mr Jaroslaw Krupa is a leading consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon in Leicester and Nottingham who specialises in breast cancer, reduction, augmentation, mastopexy and various other types of breast reconstruction surgery.
Mr Krupa graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw, Poland in 1995. He continued his postgraduate training at the University College London Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospital. Mr Krupa obtained his PhD in minimally-invasive surgery and was awarded an oncoplastic surgery fellowship at the National Institute of Cancer in Milan, which is one of Europe’s most prestigious breast cancer centres.
Mr Krupa holds a special interest in the modern treatment of breast cancer, particularly in reconstruction after mastectomy as well as in oncoplastic procedures allowing breast-conserving surgery and excellent cosmetic outcomes in breast cancer patients. His work is published in peer-reviewed journals. Mr Krupa participates regularly in educational activities and delivered lectures on breast surgery at national and international meetings. He has been invited as a faculty member to the esteemed International Breast Symposium in Dusseldorf.

- I cannot recommend Mr Krupa highly enough. Following my diagnosis and the discovery of my BRCA2 mutation, I underwent a risk-reducing single mastectomy under his care. During what was an understandably difficult and emotional time, Mr Krupa was an absolute gentleman kind, compassionate, caring and reassuring throughout. He made me feel listened to and supported, and his genuine kindness made such a difference during a very challenging period of my life. His secretary was also beyond helpful,
- Mr Krupa and his team are all phenomenal. The care is outstanding. An empathetic approach and highly professional at all times.
- I was very nervous about attending the clinic but everyone made me feel more comfortable. Mr Krupa was very informative but the whole process happened so quickly and finding a lump in my breast through me a little. I've read all the information sent to me and still feel like I've a thousand questions unanswered! I will continue to research and maybe speak again before making my decision.
