In addition to his clinical work, Mr Millington is actively involved in education and training. He serves as education lead within the trauma and orthopaedic department and contributes to the SpR training programme in the Wessex regionst. He's also an approved educational supervisor and takes part in the Annual Review of Competence Progression within the Wessex deanery, supporting the development of future orthopaedic surgeons.
