Dr Leonardo Monzon

Dr Leonardo Monzon is a highly experienced vascular consultant and consultant interventional radiologist based in London, specialising in vascular procedures at The Whiteley Clinic. He has a particular interest in minimally invasive venous treatments, including endovenous laser treatment (EVLA), foam sclerotherapy and the non-surgical treatment of varicose veins.

Dr Monzon has over two decades of experience in interventional radiology and has developed particular expertise in the management of venous disease using minimally invasive techniques. Alongside his work with adult patients, he has a specialist interest in paediatric interventional radiology. His clinical background includes diagnostic and interventional radiology training at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, following basic surgical training and experience teaching anatomy at Oxford University.

He is committed to providing personalised care for patients with venous disease and has a particular interest in advanced minimally invasive approaches. Dr Monzon is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, as well as holding membership of the College of Phlebology. He is also a member of the British Society of Interventional Radiology and the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe.
