Review about Mr Loaie Maraqa

My whole experience at Thornbury Hospital has been superb. Great care was taken during my pre-op appointments where everything was carefully explained to me to help me feel confident and reassured about what I was to expect. Mr. Maraqa (my consultant) was particularly careful to guide and help me in making decisions about my operation. The anaesthetists were equally as helpful making sure I was completely comfortable as were all the nursing staff.

Amazing care from all involved , efficient, friendly , caring and excellent skills. Mr Maraqa so kind, explained things in easy terminology and a fabulous surgeon .

Mr Maraque performed breast surgery to replace ruptured implants and to improve the appearance of breast following surgery many years ago elsewhere. He’s really professional but has a warm friend manner and gives an expert honest opinion . I’m so happy with the result. Thank you

I would highly recommend Mr Maraqa having had a very positive and caring experience with him and the team at Thornbury. I had surgery to remove my breast implants and an uplift, after one of my implants had ruptured.I’m very pleased with the results and the care I received.

I have received exceptional care from Mr Maraqa, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. A conscientious and skilled professional. Highly recommended.

Mr Maraqa is a skilled surgeon and a compassionate and warm person. He did an excellent job on my mastectomy/reconstruction and also matched up my previous recon on the other side (done by another surgeon) which I had been unhappy with for years. I am very grateful!
