- Polite and very professional. Listens and responds positively to all concerns outlining treatment options where required.
- This was ultimately a telephone consultation and I am unable to comment on 'waiting time in clinic' or 'condition of the facilities. The others are 5s.

- I didnt receive a confirmation email from Top Drs so I contacted the secretary. I did get an email the day before the appointment but the location ‘clinic’ was vague particularly if you don’t know whether that’s out patients or in the cardiology centre. Very reassured by Dr Connaughton and well worth having this appointment
- My consultation was very good and provided the information I wanted. However the top doctor information sent to me gave no information about where I should go at St Marys hospital for my appointment.Doctor's response -Thank you very much for the recommendation.
