My mother has been under the care of Prof Garrard for more than 7 years. He has an impeccable bedside manner, has always had the patience to listen to and then offer clear advice on the most prudent management options available to counter new symptoms. Excellent consultation with Professor Garrard. The appointment was on a Saturday, there appeared to be nobody on reception and we were not greeted on being buzzed in. We didn't know if Professor Garrard knew we had arrived.
