Mr Rishi Sharma

Mr Rishi Sharma is a highly skilled consultant ENT and anterior skull base surgeon based in Cambridge, practising at Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital and Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital. He specialises in the management of nasal and sinus conditions, with particular expertise in sinusitis, nasal polyps, nasal obstruction, nasal allergy, and complex revision sinus surgery. He also performs advanced endoscopic procedures, including skull base and pituitary surgery, treating both adults and children.

Mr Sharma graduated in medicine from Oxford University in 2006 before undertaking specialist ENT training in London and the East of England, gaining experience at institutions such as St George’s Hospital, the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals. He went on to complete two prestigious fellowships in rhinology and anterior skull base surgery in Glasgow and at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, placing him among a select group of UK surgeons to have completed an American Rhinology Society-accredited fellowship.

Alongside his clinical work, Mr Sharma is active in research and medical education. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to textbook chapters in the fields of sinus and skull base surgery. He is a council member of the British Rhinological Society and an Honorary Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University, where he helps lead sinus surgery training courses.
