Ms Shachi Mishra

Ms Shachi Mishra is a renowned consultant gynaecologist with more than 15 years’ experience, specialising in gynaecological oncology and the management of complex or long-standing gynaecological conditions. She regularly sees women for assessment of concerning symptoms, vulval disorders, abnormal cervical screening results, endometriosis, and gynaecological problems complicated by other medical conditions. She currently practises at London Gynaecology - Harley Street and London Gynaecology - Moorgate.

She works within a specialist oncology service and plays an integral role in rapid-access and ambulatory clinics, ensuring that concerns are investigated promptly and thoroughly. Aware of how distressing uncertainty can be, Ms Mishra places strong emphasis on clear communication and careful, methodical assessment throughout the diagnostic process.

Ms Mishra completed her specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in India, followed by advanced training in the UK, including at Guy’s and St Thomas’. This has equipped her with extensive experience in managing high-risk and complex cases, including those involving previous surgery, higher BMI, or co-existing medical conditions.

Many patients are referred to Ms Mishra after being told their care is complex. She is well known for providing considered second opinions and for helping patients clearly understand their options, even when treatment requires careful planning or multidisciplinary coordination.

She has advanced expertise in gynaecological ultrasound, one-stop clinics and complex surgical procedures. In addition to her clinical practice, she is actively involved in clinical governance and quality improvement, helping to ensure care is safe, consistent and evidence-based.
