Dr Sigi Joseph

Dr Sigi Joseph is a leading GP based in Edinburgh, practising at Evergreen Medical and Wellness Clinic. She has a specialist interest in women’s health and menopause care, with particular expertise in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), contraception and preventive health. With over two decades of NHS experience, she is known for delivering rigorous, evidence-based and patient-centred care that supports women through every stage of life.

Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Joseph has built a distinguished career in medical education and healthcare leadership. She spent 17 years with NHS Education for Scotland, where she trained and mentored over a thousand future GPs, and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Education. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners and was awarded the RCGP Inspire Award in recognition of her contribution to GP training. She has also served as primary care lead for the Scottish Government’s Women’s Health Plan, helping to shape one of Europe’s first dedicated national women’s health strategies.
