Simon James is a highly respected consultant chartered musculoskeletal physiotherapist based in London. He specialises in musculoskeletal ultrasound, clinical diagnostics, injection therapy, and sports injuries. Additionally, Simon is also a registered non-medical prescriber. 

Simon qualified as a physiotherapist in 1992, marking the inception of his distinguished career in elite sports which has involved Formula 1 motorsport, PGA/European Tour Golf, and Rugby Union’s Bedford and Barbarians. Simon is registered with The Health and Care Professions Council and holds esteemed membership to The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, ensuring the highest standards of professional practice.

Currently, Simon spearheads the Human Performance preparation for the Aston Martin GT Racing Team, focusing on readying the drivers for the ultimate Le Mans GT race. For the past 11 years, Simon has also been closely involved with Cambridge University Rugby Union, preparing students for their annual varsity match.

Simon's dedication lies in providing elite athletes and the general population with a range of evidence-based treatments, highlighting the importance of effective physiotherapy as well as robust strength and conditioning interventions. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Simon served as a commando paramedic in HM Armed Forces from 1979 to 1996, where he honed his skills in emergency medical care and trauma management.
