  • Thank you Dr Farooq for the operation. It was a left eye lower lid Chalazion removal. It was a second time I had done for the same operation. The experience this time was so much better than the previous one in Moorfields. Doctor has been very patient to explain the procedure and cared about my feelings throughout the operation. They used a mask to cover my eyes so I didn’t have to see the details- the cut or the tongs. They made me stay calm and comfortable.

  • My eyelids closed and the skin was sore with crusting. My eyelids had dermatitis according to Mr Farooq and he was right. He sorted out my eyelids and they also needed an operation to turn it back in as it was pink and turning out. The eyelids look fantastic now and the skin has gone back to normal. Thank you Mr Farooq. I would recommend him to anyone.

  • Both my upper eyelids were so droopy. I found Mr Farooq who diagnosed me with Ptosis. He did surgery on my eyelids with minimally invasive surgery called MIP and Tuck and lifted my eyelids. They are fantastic and recovery was very fast with no scars. I would recommend him to anyone. He is such a great surgeon and trust him fully with my eyes.

  • I experienced watery eyes which stopped me from doing my normal activities. I seeked advice from the doctors and was referred to Dr. Farooq who performed an invasive EndoNasal DCR surgery on my left eye. I previously had surgery on my right eye and had stitches however this time round there were no stitches involved. The procedure was really simple and after the procedure I was able to leave the hospital within an hour. The healing process left me with no pain or bruises. Tube removed easily.

  • My right was watering all the time. It was coming and going and dropping down my cheek. Mr Farooq diagnosed me with an eyelid problem and fixed it with a small surgical procedure. It sorted it all out and now I have no watering at all and it was completely scarless. He’s a very good surgeon and I trust him fully.

  • Incessant blockage of tear ducts despite 4 attempts at unblocking. Had DCR surgery to unblock the tear duct, scarless as through the nose and tube remained in for 3 months. Tube removal and hopefully tear duct now clear. Would recommend procedure for unblocking of tear duct.
