Dr Voi Shim Wong

Dr Voi Shim Wong is a consultant physician and gastroenterologist based at Cleveland Clinic London Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Portland Place Outpatient Centre. His areas of expertise include dyspepsia, inflammatory bowel diseases, irritable bowel syndrome, liver disease, bowel cancer, and acid reflux.

Dr Wong qualified from the Victoria University of Manchester in 1987 and completed his gastroenterological and hepatological training at esteemed medical institutions across Manchester, Leeds, Cambridge, and Liverpool. He has undertaken a further MD at the Victoria University of Manchester, completed in 1997, and a fellowship with the Royal College of Physicians, completed in 2003. Dr Wong is fully trained in performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and flexible sigmoidoscopy.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Wong is an honorary clinical lecturer at the Whittington Hospital in London and an avid researcher. At the core of his practice is his belief in a holistic and multidisciplinary approach when caring for his patients.
