Our expert teams provide personalised, patient-centred care, supporting young people and their families while respecting each young person’s growing independence.At the Young People’s Service, consultants have expertise in caring for older teenagers as they transition towards adult healthcare. The service follows careful procedures to assess whether it is appropriate for each young person, with a strong focus on safety, privacy and confidentiality.
