“Having had time to reflect, my overall impression is that Professor Rajan, provided exceptional care. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. With relevant questions and testing he was able to find solutions which I believe will give a meaningful long-term benefit. I would highly-recommend.
One test was accidentally missed by staff at the Holly. Requiring an extra appointment, a bit inconvenient, but I think it was just one of those things that can happen occasionally.
