- I had some significant hearing issues, Mr Patel was recommended to me by two people, and he was excellent. Mr Patel listened to my concerns, he investigated them, and it looks like he resolved the problem. From start to finish, his whole team impressed.
- I saw Mr Patel for a closed reduction of a nasal fracture following a sports injury, and the experience was first-class from start to finish. The procedure went smoothly and the result is excellent. Beyond the clinical outcome, Mr Patel has an outstanding bedside manner — warm, friendly, and patient. He took the time to walk me through the procedure, what to expect during recovery, and answered every question without ever feeling rushed.
