- Dr Siva Sivappriyan is a very good endocrinologist if you are planning to get HRT as a transgender patient. He is very patient and straightforward, and explains the process very well. I am happy with his services and I can wholeheartedly say that he is LGBTQ+ friendly as well. I wish anyone good luck wanting to start their HRT journey as well if you decide to go with his services.
