- Dr Dawson was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and was able to help us with our son's newly discovered peanut allergy. Within an hour, my son had his allergy appropriately diagnosed and we had lots of helpful guidance and an action plan put in place. Can't thank Dr Dawson enough!
- Dr. Amit Parmar is a very kind, friendly and professional doctor. He listens carefully to what the patient has to say, takes concerns seriously and never makes you feel ignored. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and understood. I am very happy that I found him and feel truly fortunate to have him as my doctor. Choosing him was definitely the right decision, and I would highly recommend him to others.
- Excellent service! Mr Parmar was extremely knowledgable and communicated very well with my young son.
- Getting around with a pram/lots of baby gear was challenging, though the building is historic, and the staff were helpful. Perhaps include honest accessibility info in emails prior to visiting so that people know what to expect. Perhaps consider air conditioning - it was muggy in the building. Dr Dawson was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and I felt reassured and more equipped after the appointment. I was also impressed that I could book a weekend appointment at short notice.
- It was a great experience for my daughter, she is shy but was made to feel comfortable very quickly. Dr Saad-Uz Zaman knowledge was amazing and made us feel that we were in safe hands. The only downside was the building was cold.
- I visited Dr Smotra today for coil removal and replacement. The care I received was outstanding. Knowing that women trust me enough to travel for their care truly means a lot. Ensuring women feel informed, comfortable and cared for during these more difficult procedures is always very important to me. Wishing you all the very best moving forward.
- Not happy with the service. The clinic was running late which i was not bothered by but then i felt like i was not being listened to. My daughter has new onset of eczema and i was told to apply steroid instead of ruling out allergies. The reason i went private was to rule out allergies. A blood test should have been carried out only four allergens were tested out via skin prick test. I feel unhappy as it has not put my mind at ease. My child is still suffering so what did i pay for.

- I had a very positive experience with Dr Smotra. She was extremely attentive and took the time to really listen to my concerns. Throughout the appointment, she explained everything very clearly and coherently, which helped me understand what was happening. She did not rush the consultation and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the whole time. Her calm and reassuring manner really helped put me at ease during the scan.
