Ross Hall Clinic Braehead, which opened in 2022, is Ross Hall Hospital's new facility where the majority of outpatient clinics for most specialties take place. Ross Hall Clinic Braehead is also home to an MRI suite, a pre-operative assessment department, Eye Care Scotland - a dedicated ophthalmic complex including four consultation rooms and two operating theatres, two minor treatment/procedure rooms, a cardiology suite, a neurophysiology suite, and a respiratory laboratory. Patients requiring surgery will largely be seen at Ross Hall Hospital, excluding minor procedures and ophthalmic procedures.

The Queen Square (Gamma Knife) Radiosurgery Centre is one of two (alongside the Thornbury Radiosurgery Centre in Sheffield) highly specialised and exceptionally regarded National Centres of Excellence in the UK when it comes to offering patients Gamma Knife surgery. The clinic was established in 2012 and officially joined the Amethyst Group in 2020. Led by revered consultant neurosurgeon, Mr Neil Kitchen, the Queen Square Gamma Knife Radiosurgery Centre offers private and international patients treatment services for conditions such as secondary metastatic brain tumours, trigeminal neuralgia, cavernoma, arteriovenous malformation, pituitary tumours, and various skull-based tumours including meningioma, acoustic neuroma / vestibular schwanomma. Notably, the Queen Square Gamma Knife Radiosurgery Centre also offers a paediatric radiosurgery service, in collaboration with the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
