Mr Adam Cohen is a renowned consultant orthopaedic and trauma surgeon who sub-specialises in lower limb reconstructive surgery, particularly for the hip and knee. - Good first visit, met at the door with a handshake and a friendly hello.In a relaxed atmosphere Mr Cohen went through the procedure of my previous right hip by Mr Nolan.We then discussed up to date methods of hip replacement, the movement of my left hip was checked as well as my old X-ray .Just how the hip appeared and what Mr Cohen thought was discussed at length with a full explanation of what could happen from here on in and who would carry out ech step of the way .A very good first mtg
- Cannot thank Mr Cohen enough. Was really worried and he was professional to the core and performed an interior hip replacement to the highest degree. Was in the hospital at 0715 and out at 1900! There is a reason I travelled nearly two hours to see him!

- Mr Cohen carried out my hip replacement just over 12 months ago. This procedure has been life changing for me, I recovered very quickly, was walking without any frame or sticks within a few days and returned to swimming regularly which I had been unable to do for a long time.
