- I contacted Pro Derm for scalp cysts and a facial mole after a personal recommendation. Dr Friedmann delivered an utterly professional and painless procedure. The theatre was spotless with a reassuring theatre assistant. I was fully updated on progress throughout the procedure. Aftercare was clear and simple to carry out. Three weeks later, my facial scar is barely visible, scalp scars have healed well and not visible within my hair. I can highly recommended Pro Derm from start to finish.
- Dr. Friedman is an exceptionally polite, empathetic, and understanding professional who genuinely listens to what you say about any medical concerns you might have. The clinic provides an excellent level of service throughout the entire process. I went to see him specifically for the removal of a wart on my face, the treated areas have all completely healed, and I can barely see any remaining scars. Additionally, everything in the clinic is meticulously clean and tidy.
