Mr Ahmed Elshaer is a consultant general and upper GI surgeon practicing in Yorkshire. He specialises in minimally invasive procedures for gastrointestinal conditions, including gallbladder surgery, hernia repair (all types of hernias), anti-reflux surgery, treatment of diaphragmatic and hiatus hernias, weight loss (bariatric) surgery, achalasia, oesophageal motility disorders and gastric and oesophageal cancers.
