Mr Ajay Nigam is a highly-regarded consultant ENT and head and neck surgeon who specialises in throat cancer, paediatric ENT, sinus surgery and sinusitis, ear infection, snoring, as well as rhinoplasty procedures. He currently practises at the Lancashire Clinic, the Garstang Clinic in Preston, as well as the Blackpool-based Spire Fylde Coast Hospital.

Not only that, but he famously took part in the Blackpool Medics BBC TV series.

- 1st visit, very professional and friendly, very competent staff. Location good but parking can be difficult. Charges are in the usual range for Private meds.
- I was impressed by the fact that all necessary tests were carried out at my first appointment at the Lytham Surgery. It would have been better not to have gone to the first appointment at The Spire but to have been booked in at Lytham initially.
- I’m very busy. The whole process was quick and efficient. Hospital care first class. I’m not insured - was a fixed fee and no extras. Satisfied.
