- I was personally met by Miss Anna (MA) met me ahead of time in meeting me in Reception. MA was friendly and professional.introducing herself and taking me to her consultation room. MA was knowledgeable of my situation having made herself aware in advance of my history. MA asked me pertinent questions and examined me, her bedside manner was impeccable putting me at ease. Miss Anna’s diagnosis and subsequent options for me she explained thoroughly and put into a letter. I feel so grateful to her
- Dear Dr Panagiotidou, Thank you for the excellent care during my recent leg surgery. Your skill, attention, and professionalism were outstanding, and I felt fully reassured throughout. The follow-up care has also been exceptional. The team at Wellington Hospital were equally kind and supportive, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Kind regards, Will Henson
- I cannot fault my experience with Miss Anna Panagiotidou. She combines excellent care with a bedside manner which puts you at ease. I will definitely come to her again for any future procedures.

- Anna was brilliant, so friendly and knowledgable. The advice was clear and reassuring. She was calm and positive throughout, which is just what is needed when you have a medical issue. Thank you again.
- Miss Panagiotidou was clear, calm and concise and gave me full confidence in the procedure she undertook in removing a lipoma in my forearm. I’m pleased to say that my arm is moving well this morning with minor discomfort and no need for pain relief, which I’m over the moon with.
- Anne was exceptionally thorough and professional in her diagnosis and treatment recommendation. A special effort was made to have the ultrasound done whilst I was there, despite it not being planned in, to reduce the need for a repeat visit, which was thoughtful and expedited the pathway to a diagnosis and recommendation. Anne was friendly and easy to chat to and I did not feel rushed in anyway. Would recommend 100%.
- I just wanted to write a brief note to say thank you for the care and reassurance you showed my daughter following her recent accident and serious arm injury. From our very first visit, she felt warmly welcomed and supported. You spoke directly to her with clarity and empathy, taking the time to explain her injury and recovery in a way she could fully understand. Your calm confidence and emphasis on a positive long-term outlook made a profound difference to her mindset at a very difficult time.
- Anna was extremely professional, the clinic accommodated me so that I could be seen quickly, the team was great, and looked after me perfectly. The surgery was quick and efficient and I have been recovery well. Overall Anna and her team are superb and I would highly recommend!
