Mr Ash Vasireddy

Mr Aswinkumar Vasireddy is a highly skilled orthopaedic trauma surgeon specialising in the treatment of complex fractures affecting the upper and lower limbs, pelvis, and acetabulum. He practices at King’s College Hospital in London, one of the busiest major trauma centres in the UK. Mr Vasireddy is also the Director of the Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship Programme, where he plays a key role in training future orthopaedic trauma surgeons. His expertise covers a broad spectrum of injuries, including ankle, knee, shoulder, hip, and pelvic fractures, as well as complex fracture fixation and reconstructive surgeries.

After completing medical school at Guy’s, King’s & St. Thomas’ Hospitals, Mr Vasireddy underwent specialist training in Orthopaedic Trauma at The Royal London Hospital and completed prestigious fellowships at Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham and King’s College Hospital. He has also gained valuable experience through fellowship visits to leading trauma centres in the United States, such as the Shock Trauma Centre in Baltimore and Harborview Medical Centre in Seattle. In addition to his advanced training in orthopaedic trauma, Mr Vasireddy has trained in Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and has significant experience in Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, and Anaesthesia.

Mr Vasireddy’s comprehensive training and experience allow him to manage complex fractures with a multidisciplinary approach. He also serves as a Consultant in Prehospital Care with the Air Ambulance Service, bringing a unique set of skills to his practice. He is an active member of the British Orthopaedic Association, the Orthopaedic Trauma Society (UK), and the Orthopaedic Trauma Association (OTA).
