From the initial assessment through to my final appointment, he was consistently professional, reassuring, and clear, and he put me completely at ease throughout the procedure. His recovery guidance was proportionate and genuinely helpful. The wider Nuffield team also made me feel safe, supported, and well looked after at every stage. I highly recommend them.
