- No complaints whatsoever! Dr Madhok and the Nuffield hospital were fantastic , in their explanation and actions , also very good in addressing any concerns I had.
- I can’t thank Mr Madhok enough for the care I received during my hernia repair. From the first appointment, he was friendly, reassuring and took the time to explain everything properly, which really put me at ease. The operation went really well and my recovery has been great. I felt I was in very safe hands throughout, and I’m so pleased with the result. He was absolutely brilliant, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a surgery. I’m very grateful for everything.
- All good. Me Madhok was great. No issues. Friendliness of clinic staff did vary quite a bit but nothing too bad.
- Dr Madhok fixed my hernia earlier this year. He was very reassuring throughout, talked me through all the risks and put me at ease. The procedure went perfectly, and he was able to advise me when I had follow up questions during my recovery. I would highly recommend Dr Madhok.
- I was seen very quickly and given a surgery date within a couple of weeks. Mr Maadhok explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. All staff were friendly, professional and kept me updated throughout. Appointments were always on time and the facilities were excellent and very clean. I was worried about gallbladder surgery after hearing horror stories, but within a week I was pain-free, back to normal and enjoying foods I'd avoided for years. Thank you all!
- Mr Madhok has a very friendly and polite manner which I found put me immediately at ease . He is not rushed. To the medically uneducated, such as myself, he patiently explained and answered any questions in a manner that I easily understood. To Mr Madoch I didn't feel like "just another patient". He was very approachable and happy to spend time making sure I felt happy with everything. Mr Madhok removed my appendix. During the post op' consultation he showed me pictures of the procedure .
- Mr Madhok carried out the removal of my gallbladder via laporoscopy. I had previous complications during an NHS procedure but Mr Madhok felt sure he could avoid an open procedure. He was extremely courteous throughout and the procedure was successful avoiding longer recovery times should I have allowed a second NHS procedure to open me up. I was delighted with the smooth process and extremely short wait time. The post op care was also exceptional also had 6 week check
- I cannot recommend Mr Madhok enough. Very approachable, listened and reassured. Came to see me before and after surgery and at the follow up appointment explained how the operation went from his point of view. I would not hesitate to approach him for advice and further treatment
- The cholecystectomy was nothing to worry about. Mr Madhok is very reassuring and I quickly recovered from the operation, returning to yoga and playing badminton after 4 weeks. There was very little pain or even discomfort, just tiredness for a few weeks and my body soon adjusted to having no gallbladder.
