- After a year long struggle with debilitating neck/left arm nerve pain, and endless health care roadblocks in my own (private) healthcare system, Mr Aylott saw me the same day I first contacted him, reviewed my cervical MRI and scheduled a c7 transforaminal injection...which I had less than 48 hrs later. Very grateful for someone to prioritise my case and treatment, at last. He and his team run a very slick operation and clearly know what they're doing.

- What an amazing experience from arrival to departure, looked after by welcoming and polite staff. My procedure (spinal injections) has given me amazing relief, from standing up straight, to walking comfortably, I cannot recommend it enough. Three months later and continuing to to feel the benefit wish I had done it sooner.
- I highly recommend Mr. Aylott and his team. I have a disc condition that flares up yearly, causing severe pain, and I always return to him. He is professional, caring, and takes time to explain everything clearly. His treatments are consistently effective. I live abroad but travel to see him due to the outstanding care. His team is also excellent, always accommodating and helpful with scheduling around my visits.
- After attending his excellent 'one-stop' appointment service, including MRI scan and expert diagnosis, Mr. Aylott has put me completely at ease now with a treatment path to proceed with, all clearly explained to me with care and a friendly manner, after closely listening to and considering my individual needs and desired outcome. I look forward to my treatment with Mr. Aylott in two weeks, and would highly recommend an appointment with him for anyone suffering from ongoing spine-related issues.
- Mr Aylott gave me SF-UK Spinal Injections on the 11/2/26 in Harley St. This was after attending his One Stop Clinic in Cheltenham where an MRI and X Ray determined that these injections may well ease the pain that I could no longer manage in my spine. The procedure was quick and as I walked down a passage in his clinic towards the front door, I remember saying to the Receptionist "Is it possible that I can already feel the pain easing away?" I almost ran to catch my train home.
- The whole experience was very delightful, and took the stress out of the whole situation. I couldn’t recommend this practice and Caspar Aylott highly enough.
- I recently consulted Mr. Aylott for a spinal assessment ahead of my Class 1 Medical for commercial pilot training and highly recommend him. He was kind, professional, and thorough, taking genuine interest in my career goals. His meticulous examination confirmed my fitness for the cockpit. Combining world-class expertise with a supportive manner, he provided a brilliant, detailed report that gave me full confidence moving forward.Thank you, Mr. Aylott, for your exceptional care!
- First class treatment. Both at the Spine Clinic and Mr Aylott’s clinic in Cheltenham
- I recently travelled from Derbyshire to see Mr Aylott, From the initial contact with Claire (Med Sec) and the actual one stop spine clinic experience was seamless, effective and efficient. Mr Aylott takes on board and listens to the patient and clearly understands and explains MRI findings in very digestible terms and relevant next steps thereafter. Detailed reports provided too of the consultation. I would not hesitate and hope to see Mr Aylott again for a future review and/or care.
