- The care received from LVSC has been outstanding. Both Mr Al Yaghchi and Dr Inglis were professional, knowledgeable and took actions to reduce my anxiety both before, during and after the procedure. For me knowing as much as possible about the process and exactly what happens when I am unconscious helps with my anxiety and they have been without a doubt the most open and willing to discuss the details throughout the process. I cannot stress enough how important these communications were for me. Allowing my wife to wait for me in my room and pre operative midazolam are examples of how willing everyone was to try and make the surgery a success, in my experience this is an example of simple things that other surgery centers should follow for patients with anxiety issues such as myself.
