- Extremely amiable, helpful and reassuring.
- Clearly knowledgeable and eminent in his field. Nevertheless he is very approachable and grounded. He is well tuned into patients ‘ concerns and he has great communication skills. It is unusual to find such a distinguished clinician going the extra mile for patients.
- Professor Marshall is a highly skilled doctor, and inspires trust and confidence. He is very kind to the patient and I immediately felt at ease during my consultation. Thank you. The outpatient department at the Shard was entirely adequate but the waiting area was a bit cramped.
