- Nurse taking blood pressure/weight and measurement was totally uncommunicative with me and almost lethargic! This made the start of my interview with the doctor off-putting.The doctor himself was less informative than I would have liked, but was friendly and considerate.
- Seen Dr Ballav twice and been a pleasure, he takes time to explain the options and really listens to the patients concerns.
- Very professional and efficient. Only issue is very popular, and follow-up appointments can be a while away. That said I was advised of my results and nothing major. Would recommend
- I had to push for certain tests with Dr Ballav, at one point he said that if the tests come back normal, then the likely cause is 'stress' - this was infuriating. I have now changed to a female Endocrinologist who is very collaborative and thorough with testing.
