Dr Claudio Ruffmann is a leading consultant neurologist based in Hampshire. He is renowned for his expertise in Parkinson’sdisease and movementdisorders. He also specialises in the treatment of headache, epilepsy, dizziness and tremor.
Dr Ruffmann obtained his primary medical qualification at the UniversityofMilano-Bicocca in Italy before undergoing specialist training in neurology. After relocating to the UK, he conducted research at ImperialCollegeLondon on the neuropathology of dementia in Parkinson's disease. He additionally obtained a PhD in 2018 from the UniversityofOxford, where he studied potential biomarkers of Parkinson’s disease.
