- Excellent service from the consultant, however, my clinic letter did not make sense (2nd paragraph, 1st sentence) did not make sense, and we discussed notifying my GP of remaining on a medication that is currently on acute and that was not mentioned in the clinic letter. The letter also wasn't grammatically correct.
- I was seen by Professor Dale at very short notice. I had great concerns about a long standing condition that had been present for seven months. He came across as the most caring consultant that you could ever want to see. Everything was explained to me and why it needed to be done. I was able to have surgery within 24 hours as he had a list the day after the consultation. All the stops were pulled out to get the hospital to allow him to operate at short notice. Again great treatment and outcome.
- Very good service and a helpful and satisfactory appointment with Consultant
- After a pleasant introduction a detailed discussion followed of my symptoms. Chat was relaxed and I felt at ease and reassured by the plan to executed. Personally selecting Dr Dale Vimalachandran due his vast experience and research even though it meant me travelling 30 miles and having other options closer to home. Having lost my daughter age 18 to cancer, I wanted to be sure I had the best chance should I require the most serious treatment. He gave me confidence in his ability and experience.Doctor's response -Thank you for your kind words and review
