Dr David Crocker is the Medical Director of Caledonian Psychiatry and an Associate Specialist Psychiatrist specialising in ADHD, neurodiversity and general adult mental health. His clinical scope includes autism spectrum disorder, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, sleep disorders and stress-related conditions.
Dr Crocker has been working in adult psychiatry since 2018 and in private psychiatric practice since 2023, with ADHD and autism in adults becoming his primary clinical focus during that time. Dr Crocker studied at the University of St Andrews, graduating with first-class honours (BSc, 2008), and read medicine at King's College London (MBBS, 2013). He achieved membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) in 2022 and holds a Diploma in Expedition Medicine (DipExpMed, 2018) from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He maintains full GMC registration with a licence to practise (GMC 7411382).

For transparency, Dr Crocker is not on the GMC Specialist Register and does not use the title Consultant Psychiatrist. His career has concentrated on hands-on clinical work, and patients receive thorough, evidence-based psychiatric care delivered personally by an experienced senior doctor.

- Dr. Crocker has been fantastic since he undertook my ADHD diagnosis and subsequent treatment. He is extremely empathetic, friendly and genuinely seems to care. He's very thorough, my reports are always well detailed and clear. I have never felt confused or left unclear over any part of my treatment.
