- Had LASIK at Glasgow clinic. Staff were all warm and welcoming. I did have a small complication after surgery but the Optometrist was on it so quickly and it was monitored very closely. The surgeon also checked it over before moving to next stage. Issue resolved quickly. Team were great at fitting appointments around work and family commitments. Big thank you to Claire the Optometrist, Mr Teenan and Eve all lovely . Thank you
- The operation, carried out by Mr Teenan went without a hitch and although I was initially very light sensitive, the after care conversations with Gabrielle were very reassuring. I'm now able to read without glasses, and have had the all-clear after my four week sign-off. - I have to say l found the Zoom consultation a little off-putting, as it seemed to be simply a list of things which could go wrong. I know these have to be pointed out, but afterwards l began to wonder whether it was a procedure l wanted to continue with! On the day, however, everything was fine, and l could not have wished for better treatment from Dr Teensn and indeed from all the other staff
