- I found Dr Mistry after what felt like hitting rock bottom with my sleep, following many ups and downs with it over the years. I felt pretty helpless about my sleep situation, I was experiencing repetitive, distressing hypnic jerks and was terrified that I was making my situation worse by taking sleep medication prescribed by my doctor. I have just completed the CBTi with DR Mistry and the difference honestly feels too good to be true! Would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone struggling.
- Dr Mistry stands out as a doctor who is not only kind and compassionate, but also extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He has a holistic approach, a very caring “bedside manner” and has also been very flexible and accommodating. I am very grateful for his kindness and expertise and would not hesitate in recommending him to others struggling with depression, anxiety, and grief. He has really gone above and beyond.
- An issue as complex as insomnia requires a 360* approach backed by scientific evidence. Dr Mistry will not cut corners but knows how to support his patients through the process - and it works.
- Dr Mistry’s person-centered approach has seen me go from feeling isolated, depressed and hopeless (after a decade of insomnia) to feeling back in control and able to sleep consistently. Previous insomnia treatments had failed due to an undiagnosed anxiety disorder (which he addressed alongside the insomnia itself). This dual approach has succeeded where previous interventions have failed. His knowledge and experience are extensive and he has been kind and encouraging throughout. Excellent.

- Dr Mistry is such an expert in his field, but talks to me like an equal, and is extremely kind, honest, relaxed and approachable. This has really helped me in my psychiatric journey. He’s detailed, insightful, generous with sharing knowledge and resources, and holistic in his approach. I would and have recommended him to others with no hesitation at all.
- Dr. Mistry is amazing. His approach is extremely compassionate, and he offers holistic care. I went to him for anxiety and sleep support, and it was the best decision I made.
- Great quality of care and friendliness of staff. Price is a bit on the high side but worth it.
- Dr Mistry was extremely helpful and attentive. I feel very comfortable speaking with him and I know I’m in good hands.
- I have been seeing Dr Mistry for the past few months. He has helped with my insomnia and anxiety journey immensely. Dr Mistry is both professional and empathetic and has been fundamental towards my recovery. I would definitely highly recommend Dr Mistry.
