With over 18 years’ experience, she provides personalised, evidence-based cardiology care and is known for her thorough and compassionate patient management.

She trained in cardiology and multi-modality imaging at leading London centres, including the Heart Hospital and Barts Heart Centre. She completed a cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) research fellowship at the US National Institutes of Health and Brigham Women’s Hospital in Boston. She holds expert accreditation in CMR, echocardiography (including adult congenital and transoesophageal echo), and cardiac CT. Dr Captur earned her PhD at UCL, holds an MSc in Cardiology with Distinction, and is a Fellow of both the European Society of Cardiology and the Royal College of Physicians.
