Ms Ileana Anderco

Ms Ileana Anderco is a highly experienced ENT consultant based in Lancashire, practising at Spire Fylde Coast Hospital. With over 20 years of expertise, she treats a wide range of ENT conditions, with particular specialist interests in ear infections, hearing loss, dizziness, pinnaplasty, nasal blockage, septoplasty and tonsillitis, delivering patient-centred care for both adults and children. She is also registered with all major UK health insurance providers.

She is the head of the ENT and Oral Surgery Department and Clinical Lead for Paediatric ENT and Same Day Emergency Care at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. Ms Anderco has performed thousands of coblation tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies, more than 1,000 grommet insertions, and hundreds of septoplasties and Bone Anchored Hearing Aid (BAHA) procedures. In addition, she has carried out thousands of endoscopic procedures, biopsies, and other routine interventions, demonstrating extensive surgical expertise.

With extensive experience in paediatric ENT, Ms Anderco diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions in children. Her approach combines clinical accuracy, compassion, and evidence-based care to achieve the best possible outcomes for her younger patients. As an Honorary Lecturer at Edge Hill University, she also contributes to the education and development of future ENT specialists, while leading initiatives to improve and enhance clinical services.
