Dr Ivona Paravic

Dr Ivona Marcelja Paravic is an experienced advanced aesthetic and menopause doctor based in West London at the Marrelle Clinic, and on Harley Street, Central London. She integrates advanced aesthetic medicine, skincare, hormone optimisation and functional medicine to provide comprehensive inside-out rejuvenation and long-term wellness for women.

Dr Ivona worked in obstetrics and gynaecology in Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, London, she later specialised in aesthetic and women’s health, completing education at the Marion Gluck Clinic, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and several prestigious aesthetic academies in London. Dr Ivona is a full member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine completing an exam which involves professional assessment designed to evaluate the knowledge, standards and clinical understanding of doctors practicing aesthetic medicine in the UK. In addition, Dr Ivona has served as a trainer in aesthetic medicine, sharing her expertise in anatomy, facial harmonisation, and safe injection techniques with other practitioners.

She is the founder of Marrelle Clinic in Chiswick, West London and also practises at PHI Clinic on Harley Street — both renowned for excellence in non-surgical rejuvenation. Her clinical portfolio includes advanced facial harmonisation, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), perimenopause and menopause management, vaginal rejuvenation, and laser treatments such as the UltraClear and Pico laser.

Dr Ivona also works internationally, performing facial harmonisation and advanced aesthetic treatments at clinics in Croatia.
