  • Dr Jack was very attentive and answered all of my questions in what was quite a scary time. He was also very receptive afterwards about what treatment methods had worked for me

  • Dr Jack was very helpful and the course of treatment I had on February 10 th has worked successfully. He has now recommended another course of treatment which He said if I have done would last for two years. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend him. Also while having the procedure I was looked after by the staff and nurses at Ashtead Hospital very well and they made me comfortable. No real waiting time everything was done quickly and efficiently.

  • I have been under the care of Dr. Jack, and I can say without hesitation that he is an exceptional pain management specialist. He is empathetic, with an excellent bedside manner, and he truly listens to my concerns. From the outset, he worked with me to create a comprehensive pain management plan, and when aspects of the plan weren’t as effective as hoped, he carefully evaluated and readjusted the approach without hesitation. Dr. Jack is caring, professional, and genuinely committed to improving my quality of life. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, my pain is now better controlled than it has been in the last three years, though we both acknowledge it remains a work in progress. What stands out most is his ongoing determination to find solutions and his sincere compassion throughout the process. He is a true gem and a rare find in the medical profession. I would highly recommend his care to anyone in need of thoughtful, expert pain management.
