- He is very professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable, he inspires confidence and trust. I would recommend him without any hesitation. He has a pleasant and relaxing manner that puts you at your ease quickly. New Hall is generally a positive experience, the staff are friendly and efficient and the waiting time is always kept to a minimum but the waiting rooms are fairly small and, in my experience, have never been overcrowded plus plenty of refreshments are available.
