- I have had ear problems since childhood including infections, grommets and hearing loss. I was recently diagnosed with a cholesteatoma and saw Mr Joseph Manjaly for a second opinion. He was extremely knowledgeable, calm and reassuring, explaining everything clearly from scans to surgery and recovery. I underwent combined approach tympanoplasty and mastoid surgery with hearing reconstruction. Surgery and recovery went smoothly and my hearing has improved. Highly recommended.
- We wanted to convey our story to perhaps give other people hope that are maybe in the same position as we were. Around 24 months ago our Son was involved in an incident that resulted in a serious head injury, requiring urgent care. He, thankfully recovered in almost all aspects apart from his hearing. He was 21 years of age and a serving member of the British Army. He was as a result of the incident left without hearing in one ear and medically downgraded. The situation was looking highly likely
- After more than 50 years of complete hearing loss in my left ear, and often being told nothing could be done, I struggled emotionally and learned to just cope. Mr Manjaly gave me honest guidance, explored every option, and never offered false hope. Thanks to his care and thorough testing, I was fortunate to receive a device that has truly changed my life.
- Dr Joseph Manjaly is an excellent ENT surgeon. The stitching behind my ear was done with great precision and care, leaving little to no visible scarring. Throughout the entire process he was very reassuring and always took the time to answer my questions whenever I needed help or clarification. The surgery itself went very well, and he did an outstanding job. My hearing improved significantly after the operation, and I genuinely feel he helped me a lot. I’m very grateful for his skill, patience,
- I was recommended to go to Joe Manjaly by Profess Martin Birchall widely regarded as one of the world's top ENT experts. I followed this advice and very happy to have done so as the level of skill and care of Joe and his team has been quite exceptional. As well as technical skill of the highest order Joe has been friendly and helpful throughout from initial consultation, to the operation and post op. Therefore I can highly recommend going to Joe anyone who has any problem with their ears.
- My experience was excellent throughout. The condition was diagnosed swiftly and explained clearly, I was able to quickly get an appointment for surgery (which was successful), and the post-op check-ups were similarly informative and pleasant.
- Mr Manjaly performed surgery on my ear to treat a small cholesteatoma that had been recently identified. From beginning to end, he inspired confidence, was very professional, and provided all the correct advice. The surgery he performed was of the highest standard.
- I am really grateful for Dr Joe and the care received at One Welbeck, London. He took the time to listen to my experience of otosclerosis and explained the options available. I had a stapedectomy on my left ear and it has improved my hearing significantly. Thanks Dr Joe!
- Joseph is a caring, passionate, and highly skilled surgeon. I knew I was in safe hands when I first met him during my cochlear implant assessment, and nine months post-operation I am beyond grateful to have been under his care throughout.
