- In respect of the service received it was very efficient. The consultation was on TEAMS which I wanted.
- Kasturi was excellent. Her knowledge of the subject and the way of explaining things were exactly as needed. Good at listening when needed to. Only slight issue we had was with the Top Doctor video tech as it wasnt working. Kasturi managed to sort it wasnt sensitive about how it affected timings.
